Enclose $35.00 Registration Fee which covers all retreat sessions
and syllabus.

There will be a $20.00 returned check fee.

Late registration as seating room permits is $45.00 with no assurance
of syllabus.

To obtain these special rates, reservations must be made by October 1, 2010. Please call the motel direct and identify yourself with the code: United Pentecostal Church Ladies Retreat. All rates are for up to four people and do not include tax. Regular rooms include king or two queens; suites include same plus pull out sofa sleeper. All at I-57 & I-70 exit 160.
